Dr Ford was very informative, kind and I would personally rate her services at a 5. The associate who did my actual eye exam didn't even introduce herself and seemed upset. I felt like just "another" patient. I didn't see her smile once. Making a patient "feel" like they're important and will be taken care of should be at the top of any facilities list. I just didn't feel welcomed as a brand new patient by the associate/tech.

I have been a patient at the Fenton location for years and always have great service. Everyone from the front desk to the check out window is friendly and professional. I would never even consider going anywhere else for my eye care needs.
