I Love My Job!

When I was a new employee, my co-workers selflessly helped train me. My co-workers and managers and the doctors have been warm and welcoming. They made it easy to learn and were open to every question I asked. When I needed help, all of them jumped at the chance to help me. I had the best training experience! My starting pay was fair for my experience level and the benefits package was the best I’d ever been offered. I feel I have always been treated fairly and with much respect and kindness.

Great Place to Work!

MEI is a very busy place to work. It is also very rewarding. I truly enjoy working with patients to help them live a better life. While working here I have made some great friends and met some really great patients. I must say most everyone that is employed at MEI truly loves what they do. They also have great attitudes to go along with it. MEI is a great place to work and long as you don’t mind staying busy.

Each day is filled with a chance to do good work and make a difference in other person’s lives – whether they are patients or co-workers. Employees look out for each other and are glad to help where ever they are needed. We are a busy practice so we need to be flexible. Sometimes it is stressful, but we are a strong team and work through the challenges together. I even have co-workers call to check on me at the end of the day – we talk through the day and wind up laughing about what happened. We have a lot of really smart people here and I am always learning or being challenged in some way.
