I've been getting my eye exams at the Fenton office for at least 6 years. The staff is very friendly and courteous they actually even know my name. That's impressive considering I have a once-a-year visit. My vision has been horrible since the fifth grade. I'm now in my early 40s. I would be considered legally blind if I did not have my glasses on. I just got LASIK surgery and actually cried a few times 10 minutes after the surgery because I could actually see the doctors face across from mine. The scheduling staff and doctors explained in detail how the procedure was going to go, things that I would experience during surgery and how quickly the results could possibly take. I am a week post-op and I keep thinking I have my contacts in. I have to get used to waking up and seeing again. My up-close vision is a bit blurred but I knew that going into the surgery that I would probably have to wear reading glasses. I don't mind wearing reading glasses once in a while.
